    Drive thru took over 20 minutes- left without waiting for food.

    Food - Is okay for once and a while snack. Make sure you eat in so you can ask for fresh friespecially or hash brown. If not you get old & stale.
    Lobby - No napkins, no ice, lids are broken or scattered, ketchup dispenser is always empty or broken.But it is clean...
    Employees - If you are a regular it seems you get special treatment. If you are a student of the college out get a look of eat and leave. If you are passing thru it's not a welcome feeling.
    Over all - a bit of a disappointment. My wife and I try to give this store second chances, but after not getting what we ordered and being told we can't have a large glass of water, instead of soda, we think it's time to give our money to another store.
